I love my lamb chops to be medium rare :) heheh. I love button mushrooms but never knew they are served with steaks - usually I'll prefer to have broccoli and mashed potate instead... plus a bottomless fountain drink :D sheesh, I'm greedy!

Massy, those mushroom texture similar to meat. It's even on a Japanese show. "Dotch Cooking Show". This mushroom is very expensive in Japan, but dirt cheap in Aust >:D punya sedap
