Hi, i am a 42 yrs old man and jobless at this moment, its very hard to get hiring again at my age. I have very BIG burden to take care my wife and childs.

Very very appreaciate and hope you have contact with Bak Kut Teh bussiness owner that they willing to teach (with fee) me as i hope to start a small bussiness and accept for an agreement that won't open bussiness to crash with teaching person.

You can give it a try. I doubt about the taste though.. will be different than pork. Pork has a distinct kind of 'sweetness' compare to chicken.

If you use chicken, make sure you cook with the bones ;)
